Applications will NOT be reviewed until all parts of the application are received.
Completed applications include: Physician Form, Fee Schedule (payment or authorization number), and New Camper Portraits
(If you submitted a Physician Form for Summer Camp 2025, you do not need to submit it again for 2025/2026 Weekend Getaways.)
